Sailing in Geneva

Hoist the sails: set course for cohesion on Lake Geneva!

The crew spirit on Lake Geneva

With the Sailing introduction, cohesion is at the heart of the experience! On board, your teams learn the basics of sailing, share out the roles and master the techniques to move the boat forward together, under the eye of a professional skipper. A team building in Geneva where everyone counts.

But cohesion doesn’t stop at the crew: the goal is to form real fleets and coordinate on the water, from one boat to the next! We can even organise a friendly race at the end of the activity, or cool off with a swim along the way (the Bains des Pâquis aren’t far). And thanks to our motor-equipped sailboats, the activity runs even on windless days.

Voile à Genève

How does the sailing introduction work?

1. Welcome & briefing
Meeting the skipper, safety instructions and dividing into crews.
2. Learning on board
Sailing basics, everyone’s roles and first manoeuvres: crew cohesion is built here.
3. Sailing as a fleet
We head out: the boats form a fleet and coordinate on the water.
4. Race & swim
A friendly race for a great finish… and why not a refreshing swim!
