With the Snow Challenge, we take your teams up into the mountains for a big winter olympics: sledge races, building tasks, skill challenges and snowball fights (organised ones!). A team building in Geneva full of fresh air and togetherness.

How does the Snow Challenge work?

1. Arrival in the mountains & teams
Welcome, kitting out and forming the teams. Off to the snowy field!
2. The frosty challenges
Sledge races, skill challenges, building tasks and games in the snow. Each team scores points.
3. The refuel
A mulled wine and snack break to warm up.
4. The grand finale
Final challenges, rankings and prize-giving in a friendly atmosphere.

No need to be a ski champion: the challenges are accessible to everyone. What matters is having fun in the snow!
