Thanks to our network of teachers, we cater for groups of all sizes — with, on average, one instructor per 12 participants. No experience required: our teachers cover the basics and adapt the postures for newcomers. Ideal to gently open or close a seminar, yoga improves focus, reduces stress and strengthens cohesion. And to finish on a high note, a snack is provided!
