2. Data we collect
Data you provide to us — via the contact form, a quote request or a booking: first and last name, e-mail, phone, company where applicable, as well as information about your project (type of activity, number of participants, dates, budget) and, in the case of a booking, the data needed for invoicing.
Data collected automatically — while you browse: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed and time spent, for audience-measurement purposes.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Respond to your requests and prepare a quote — pre-contractual measures / your consent.
- Manage bookings, services and invoicing — performance of the contract / legal obligation (accounting).
- Follow up on the client relationship and, where applicable, send you reminders or commercial information — legitimate interest / consent (with the option to object at any time).
- Measure audience and improve the site — consent (cookies) / legitimate interest.
- Comply with our legal obligations and manage any disputes.
4. Cookies and audience measurement
Our site uses cookies:
- Strictly necessary cookies — for the proper functioning of the site (language via Polylang, performance/cache, security). Essential, they do not require consent.
- Audience-measurement cookies — Google Analytics (provided by Google Ireland Ltd / Google LLC), which helps us understand site traffic. These cookies (e.g. _ga) and the associated data may be transferred to the United States.

Your data is processed by the authorised staff of GAT Aventure Teambuilding Sàrl. It may be shared:

The site is hosted by OVH, in France (European Union, adequate level of protection). The use of Google Analytics may involve a transfer of data to the United States, governed by appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses and/or the Data Privacy Framework).
7. Retention period
- Requests and quotes with no follow-up: up to 3 years after the last contact.
- Clients: for the duration of the relationship, then in accordance with legal periods (Swiss accounting obligations: 10 years).
- Audience-measurement cookies: a period specific to each cookie (up to 13 to 24 months).
8. Security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against any unauthorised access, loss, alteration or disclosure.
9. Your rights
In accordance with the revised FADP and the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict and port your data, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise these rights, write to info@takamaka.ch (proof of identity may be requested).
You may also lodge a complaint with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) in Switzerland, or with the data protection authority of your country of residence in the EU.
